Role & Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee day-to-day hospital operations efficiently
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams
• Supervise OPD, IPD, billing operations, and patient flow management
• Ensure implementation and compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and protocols
• Handle staff scheduling, duty rosters, and performance monitoring
• Maintain high standards of patient service quality and satisfaction
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
• Support management in achieving operational and service excellence goals
Qualification
• Hospital Management qualification preferred
• Relevant graduate or postgraduate degree in healthcare or management (preferred)
Experience
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in hospital or medical operations
Skills
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations and workflows
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities
Salary
• ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
