• Lead the strategic, commercial, and operational direction of the Oncology/Hematology franchise
• Develop and execute franchise strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics
• Drive lifecycle management and commercial plans for existing and pipeline specialty products
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and business continuity
• Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends to support strategic decisions
• Oversee launch excellence and ensure effective go-to-market strategies for new products
• Manage franchise performance through forecasting, KPI tracking, and continuous optimization
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance capability, engagement, and effectiveness
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• 8+ years of progressive commercial/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven people management experience
• Demonstrated success in specialty markets
• Oncology/Hematology experience is a strong advantage
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
• Excellent business acumen and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in performance-driven and fast-paced environments
• Marketing certification is an added advantage
