Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy and speech therapy services through home visits in Noida
• Assess patients’ functional, developmental, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient assessments
• Deliver evidence-based occupational and speech therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients and caregivers on home-based exercises and therapy strategies
• Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and professional care during home sessions
Qualification:
• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT)
• Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP)
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy and speech therapy techniques
• Good patient handling and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in home-care settings
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
