Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify children’s developmental and functional challenges
• Evaluate physical condition, limitations, medical history, and individual goals
• Develop and implement effective, child-centric therapy plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services to children with special needs
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding progress
• Maintain detailed session notes, attendance records, and required documentation
• Collaborate with other therapists for integrated care planning
• Build effective working relationships with Centre Head and team members
• Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid State Occupational Therapy license
Experience:
• 2–3 years of experience preferred
• Freshers with strong clinical exposure may apply
Skills Required:
• Strong assessment and therapy planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Child-centric, empathetic, and collaborative approach
• Good organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
