Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and specialized needs
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans based on assessment outcomes
• Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based pediatric intervention techniques
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, speech therapists, behavior therapists, and educators
• Guide and train parents to support therapy goals and child progress at home
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and treatment outcomes
• Promote holistic development addressing social, emotional, physical, and intellectual abilities
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
Experience:
• Prior experience with pediatric, developmental, or neurological cases preferred
Skills & Competencies:
• Expertise in Occupational Therapy and rehabilitation practices
• Knowledge of child development and pediatrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design and deliver individualized therapy plans
• Collaborative mindset to work within a multidisciplinary team
