Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed patient assessments using standardized occupational therapy tools
• Evaluate physical, emotional, cognitive, and sensory functional abilities
• Assess medical history, physical limitations, and therapy requirements
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized occupational therapy plans
• Guide patients with exercises to improve mobility, coordination, and dexterity
• Set realistic, meaningful therapy goals in collaboration with patients and families
• Monitor patient progress and revise treatment plans periodically
• Provide therapy guidance, education, and support to patients, parents, and caregivers
• Coordinate and liaise with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
Experience:
• 3 – 8 years of relevant occupational therapy experience preferred
Skills:
• Strong occupational therapy assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent patient evaluation and therapy planning abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Patient-centric and empathetic approach
• Documentation and clinical reporting skills
