Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to evaluate clients’ daily living and occupational skills
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Facilitate therapy sessions for children and adults to improve functional independence
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, and counselors
• Communicate effectively with clients and families to ensure engagement and understanding
• Maintain accurate client records and follow evidence-based practices
Qualification:
• Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Expertise in occupational therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices
Experience:
• Experience working with pediatric clients, including autism, ADHD, speech/language delays, or developmental needs, is preferred
Skills:
• Occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning
• Pediatric therapy and individualized intervention
• Communication and collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
