Occupational Therapist Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist patients in rehabilitation programs under the guidance of Occupational Therapists
• Provide hands-on patient care and support therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Aid in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Support home care services as part of patient recovery programs
• Monitor patient progress and report to the supervising OT
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices

Experience:
• Experience in rehabilitation and patient care preferred
• Experience in developing therapy programs and providing home care services is an advantage

Skills Required:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to assist in implementing therapy programs
