• Teach B.Sc. Nursing and GNM students as per curriculum
• Conduct theory lectures, practical sessions, and clinical teaching
• Guide students during clinical postings, assignments, and academic projects
• Participate in academic planning, assessments, and evaluation activities
• Support departmental administration and academic coordination
• Contribute to research, training, and professional development activities (as per designation)
• Ensure compliance with Indian Nursing Council (INC) norms and standards
Qualification
• As per Indian Nursing Council (INC) norms
Experience
• Teaching and clinical experience as prescribed by INC for respective positions
Eligibility (INC Norms)
• Tutor: B.Sc. Nursing
• Assistant Professor: M.Sc. Nursing in relevant specialty
• Associate Professor: M.Sc. Nursing with required teaching experience, RN & RM
• Professor: M.Sc. Nursing with senior-level teaching and research experience, RN & RM
Skills
• Strong teaching and clinical instruction skills
• Good communication and student mentoring ability
