Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalised nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring for adverse reactions
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimise patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention, and healthy lifestyles
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
• Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and quality standards
Qualification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent
• MOH licence preferred but not mandatory
• Prometric passed candidates eligible
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred
Skills
• Strong patient care and clinical assessment skills
• Knowledge of medication administration and nursing protocols
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
• Commitment to patient safety and ethical nursing practice
Certifications
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – mandatory
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – preferred
