Role & Responsibilities
• Act as the scientific bridge between the company and the medical community
• Conduct high-quality scientific engagements with KOLs on disease science and clinical evidence
• Build and maintain long-term scientific relationships with healthcare professionals
• Respond to unsolicited medical queries in a timely and compliant manner
• Capture and submit actionable medical insights including product feedback and clinical perceptions
• Support scientific education initiatives such as CMEs, RTMs, and advisory programs
• Deliver internal scientific training to sales and field teams
• Support medical strategy development and promotional launch activities
• Facilitate evidence-generation initiatives including IIS, RWE, and observational studies
Qualification
• BAMS or MD
• Freshers with strong marketing attitude and scientific aptitude are welcome
Experience
• Prior MSL or field medical exposure preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to work in a 100% field-based role
Skills
• Strong scientific understanding and literature interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to engage senior clinicians in scientific dialogue
• Independent working capability with high field adaptability
• Strong ethical standards and compliance orientation
Job Nature
• 100% field-based role
• Extensive travel within assigned territory
