Role & Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), HCPs, and medical associations
• Conduct high-quality scientific engagement and medical discussions with healthcare professionals
• Share accurate, up-to-date scientific and clinical information in a compliant manner
• Act as a scientific bridge between the organisation and the medical community
• Capture medical insights and field feedback to support medical strategy
• Support medical education initiatives and scientific programs
• Contribute to patient care improvement through evidence-based scientific exchange
Qualification
• Medical / Life Sciences qualification as per organisational requirement
Experience
• Prior experience in Medical Affairs or MSL role preferred
• Field-based scientific engagement experience desirable
Skills
• Strong scientific understanding and ability to interpret medical literature
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage healthcare professionals in meaningful scientific dialogue
• Ethical mindset with strong compliance orientation
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
