• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales / medical representation
• Mandatory experience in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)
• Proven sales achievement and target-driven approach
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good organizational and account management skills
