Role & Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services at Primary Health Centres (PHCs)
• Diagnose and manage common medical conditions in outpatient and emergency settings
• Deliver preventive, promotive, and curative healthcare services to tribal and rural populations
• Participate in national health programs under NHM guidelines
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and maintenance of patient records
• Coordinate with local health staff, ASHAs, and community workers
• Promote community health awareness and public health initiatives
• Uphold ethical medical practice and patient safety standards
Qualification
• MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery)
Experience
• Freshers and experienced MBBS doctors are eligible
Skills
• Strong patient care and clinical decision-making skills
• Knowledge of primary healthcare and public health programs
• Ability to work independently in rural and remote settings
• Basic Life Support (BLS) knowledge preferred
• Compassionate, adaptable, and community-oriented mindset
Salary
• ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
