Role & Responsibilities
• Understand US healthcare workflows, clinical guidelines, and care pathways relevant to the product
• Work closely with product managers to translate clinical reasoning into AI requirements, rules, and workflows
• Review AI-generated medical outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and relevance
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and designers to clearly explain medical concepts
• Design, review, and validate medical content, decision trees, and clinical use cases
• Contribute to quality checks, test cases, and validation protocols for new AI features
• Document clinical logic, edge cases, and exceptions in a structured and traceable manner
• Continuously learn and adapt to US healthcare standards, terminology, and best practices
Qualification
• MBBS
Experience
• Minimum 2 years in non-clinical roles
• Freshers with strong interest in technology and AI can also apply
Skills
• Strong clinical judgment with attention to quality and patient safety
• Quick learner with analytical thinking and sound decision-making ability
• Comfortable questioning assumptions and suggesting improvements
• Ability to work effectively in a structured office and cross-functional environment
• Willingness to learn US medical terminology, EHR/EMR systems, and workflows
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical teams
