• Provide medical and scientific expertise for the oncology portfolio (solid tumors, hematology) with evidence-based positioning
• Act as the medical representative in cross-functional brand and market access teams, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance
• Contribute medical insights to Integrated Brand Plans using KOL interactions, publications, and disease landscape analysis
• Support pre-launch and launch activities, including development of scientific presentations and therapy-area materials
• Collaborate with KOLs to design and execute scientific initiatives and educational programs
• Gather, analyze, and communicate scientific data relevant to assigned therapy areas
• Address post-launch medical queries and concerns from KOLs and HCPs
• Report product safety issues to Pharmacovigilance teams in a timely manner
• MD / PharmD / Pharmacist with strong background in Oncology or Hematology
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Medical Affairs
• Experience in Oncology, Hematology, Rare Diseases, or Immunology
• Strong understanding of oncology guidelines, clinical trial design, and real-world evidence
• Ability to evaluate safety and effectiveness data
• Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills
• High integrity, compliance, and patient-centric mindset
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) for field and conference activities
