• Educational background in Health Economics (preferred)
• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company
• At least 2 years in a managerial role with hands-on Market Access experience
• Mandatory experience in Biopharma
• Strong understanding of market access, reimbursement, and payer systems
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to interpret healthcare policy and market trends
