• Develop and execute market access, pricing, reimbursement, and government affairs strategies across Gulf countries (UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait)
• Ensure timely and sustainable patient access for GSK pharmaceutical and vaccine portfolios
• Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and reimbursement policies to guide access decisions
• Engage and manage key stakeholders including Ministries of Health, HTA bodies, national funds, and public payers
• Lead portfolio-level access strategies, supporting product launches and lifecycle management
• Act as subject matter expert on local reimbursement systems and access processes
• Represent GSK in public policy discussions, procurement negotiations, and healthcare forums
• Monitor healthcare policy and regulatory changes and communicate impact internally
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, medical, regulatory, legal, and compliance teams
• Lead hospital- and account-level access initiatives and participate in pricing & reimbursement groups
• Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, GSK policies, and industry codes
• Identify, assess, and mitigate access-related risks in collaboration with compliance teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
• Advanced degree (MBA / MPA or equivalent) preferred
• 5–10 years of experience in Market Access, Government Affairs, or Public Policy
• Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare sector experience required
• Recent Oncology market access experience is highly desirable
• Proven engagement with MOH, HTA bodies, national funds, and payers in the Gulf region
• Strong understanding of Gulf healthcare, regulatory, and reimbursement landscapes
• Stakeholder engagement and negotiation expertise
• Strategic thinking and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities
• Ability to collaborate across functions and senior leadership levels
