Role & Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted scientific expert for oncology therapy areas
• Maintain deep, up-to-date scientific and clinical knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors
• Engage Scientific Experts and KOLs through high-quality scientific exchange
• Respond to complex, unsolicited medical and scientific inquiries compliantly
• Capture and communicate strategic medical insights to internal medical and cross-functional teams
• Synthesize complex data into meaningful clinical insights and recommendations
• Contribute actively to medical planning, strategy, and execution in Lilly India
• Identify opportunities for collaborative research and external partnerships
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans with clear prioritisation
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
• Advanced degree in Health Sciences: PharmD, MD, or PhD (preferred)
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences considered with ≥5 years relevant experience
Experience
• 2–3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience with advanced degree
• 5+ years of clinical, research, or industry medical/scientific experience for Master’s/Bachelor’s degree holders
• Prior MSL or field-based experience in oncology highly preferred
• Proven experience engaging Scientific Experts and KOLs
