Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed remote assessments for patients with lower back, lumbar spine, and cervical conditions
• Manage cases including radiculopathy, non-specific back pain, and spine-related disorders
• Apply advanced clinical reasoning to identify pain sources such as nerve root compression and referred pain
• Design and deliver personalized, evidence-based physiotherapy programs suitable for online care
• Prescribe exercises, movement retraining, ergonomic guidance, and self-management strategies
• Educate patients on their condition, recovery timeline, and long-term prevention
• Maintain strong therapeutic rapport through effective virtual communication
• Identify red-flag symptoms and initiate timely referrals when required
• Maintain accurate clinical records and professional standards in a remote setup
Qualification
• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) – Musculoskeletal (MSK)
Experience
• 1–2 years of post-graduation clinical experience
• Hands-on experience in spine and cervical physiotherapy
• Prior exposure to telehealth or remote physiotherapy is preferred
Skills
• Strong expertise in spinal assessment techniques
• Knowledge of neurodynamic testing, myotomal and dermatomal assessment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage an online caseload
• High level of professionalism and client-centric mindset
• Proficiency in G-Suite, video consultations, and basic computer tools (Excel)
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Certification in Strength & Conditioning or online rehab (preferred)
