• Execute BABE laboratory activities as per approved SOPs
• Maintain calibration logs, records, and related documentation
• Support day-to-day laboratory operations ensuring quality and safety compliance
• Assist senior analysts with routine laboratory and technical tasks
• Follow GxP, QA guidelines, and internal compliance procedures
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Life Sciences or related discipline)
• Basic knowledge of analytical instruments and laboratory practices
• Understanding of SOPs and quality systems
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional lab environment
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members
