Role & Responsibilities
• Provide clinical care to patients under supervision of senior doctors and consultants
• Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management
• Participate in ward rounds, OPD duties, emergency services, and academic activities
• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation
• Follow AIIMS protocols, patient safety standards, and ethical guidelines

Qualification
• MBBS or BDS from a recognized institution

Experience
• Freshers eligible
• Internship completion mandatory as per AIIMS norms

Skills
• Sound clinical knowledge and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and high-pressure settings
