Roles & Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound calls to insurance companies to check the status of dental claims
• Follow up on pending, denied, or underpaid claims to ensure timely resolution
• Analyze denials, rejections, and LOA-related issues and take corrective actions
• Prioritize claims from the aging bucket for effective follow-up
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in claim billing summary notes
• Maintain strict adherence to international calling standards, HIPAA, and confidentiality guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim discrepancies efficiently
• Ensure end-to-end follow-up until claim resolution
Qualification:
• Graduate (any discipline)
Experience:
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Dental AR is an advantage
Skills Required:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Average typing speed of 25 WPM or above
• Basic knowledge of medical/dental billing processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
