Role & Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive healthcare services in occupational health settings
• Perform clinical assessments and manage work-related health issues
• Support workplace safety initiatives and promote a healthy work environment
• Handle medical assessments, including fitness-for-duty exams and health screening
• Provide health education and guidance to employees regarding occupational risks and safety
• Assist in the development and implementation of occupational health policies
• Collaborate with HR and safety teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualification
• MBBS (Medicine) or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health
• Active DOH License as an Occupational Specialist
Experience
• 1–7 years of experience in occupational health or workplace safety roles
• Proven experience in industrial and occupational medicine
Skills
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
