Role & Responsibilities
• Independently manage a wide range of health conditions including acute and chronic diseases
• Provide remote treatment when/if condition could be managed in-house while following TruDoc policies and procedures
• Compile patient history, formulate diagnosis, order appropriate diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatment
• Offer in-home assessments and remotely monitor patients using cutting-edge telemonitoring software
• Enroll patients in Chronic Care program and perform complete assessments for identified patients
• Provide health promotion and preventive services, including child health services and antenatal care
• Coordinate patient care at the secondary level through appropriate referral to hospitals
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care with secondary level providers
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date electronic medical records
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement projects
Qualification
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) in General Medicine
Experience
• 1 - 6 years of clinical experience
• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner
Skills
• Strong communication skills in English (secondary language is a plus)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and night shifts
• Committed to continuous professional growth and excellence in patient care
