Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage the dental clinic independently on a day-to-day basis
• Perform patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Carry out routine dental procedures including root canal treatment, extractions, fillings, and crown preparation
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records, medical documentation, and treatment notes
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene, and safety standards
• Handle appointments, follow-ups, and patient coordination efficiently
• Maintain ethical dental practice and high-quality patient care
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS) from a recognized institution
• Valid State Dental Council registration
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Skills Required
• Strong patient assessment and diagnostic skills
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
• Proficiency in maintaining medical records and documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage clinic operations
