Roles & Responsibilities:
• Independently manage day-to-day clinic operations
• Perform accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
• Carry out basic dental procedures including scaling, fillings, and extractions
• Perform access opening, root canal treatments, and crown preparations
• Ensure high standards of patient care, comfort, and safety
• Communicate treatment plans clearly and convince patients effectively
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow clinic protocols
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS)
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist
Skills:
• General dentistry procedures and clinical competence
• Diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Ability to manage a clinic independently
• Strong patient communication and counselling skills
• Proficiency in English; Hindi and Kannada preferred
• Patient-focused approach and professional conduct
