• Conduct daily field visits to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and medical/pharma customers
• Present and explain products or solutions clearly and professionally
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and long-term partnerships
• Identify new leads, generate business opportunities, and expand customer base
• Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales/activity reports
• Collect market feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing trends
• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of visits, pipelines, and customer interactions
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Prior field sales experience preferred
• Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or technology sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic (mandatory); English is a plus
• Strong relationship-building and customer handling abilities
• Ability to work extensively in the field with frequent customer visits
• Familiarity with Excel/CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
• Good time management, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills
