ENT Surgeon

Role & Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders
• Perform surgeries related to ENT conditions, including but not limited to ear infections, sinus issues, and hearing loss
• Provide consultation and follow-up care for patients with ENT problems
• Educate patients on their conditions and the available treatment options
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care
• Keep accurate medical records and documentation of patient visits and procedures
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in ENT procedures and treatments
• Participate in on-call rotations as required by the department

Qualifications
• Medical degree (MD) or equivalent
• Specialization in ENT with relevant board certifications

Experience
• 1-7 years of experience as an ENT Surgeon
• Prior experience in diagnosing and treating ENT disorders in a clinical or hospital setting

Skills
• Strong surgical skills and expertise in ENT procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology related to ENT procedures
