Role & Responsibilities
• Review and prepare prescriptions ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations
• Dispense medications and counsel patients on usage, interactions, side effects, and storage
• Maintain pharmacy records, documentation, and quality assurance standards
• Manage medication inventory and ensure availability and safe storage
• Support patients and healthcare teams with pharmacological guidance
• Train and mentor medical and pharmacy staff on best practices
• Uphold infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Participate in continuous professional development and process improvement initiatives
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology from a recognised institution
• Emirati national (Emiratization role)
• Licensed or eligible for pharmacist licensure in Dubai
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar pharmacy role
• Experience in outpatient, clinic, or primary healthcare pharmacy settings
Skills
• Strong knowledge of UAE pharmacy regulations and clinical practice
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Good computer literacy and clinical documentation skills
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and patient counselling abilities
• Adaptable, collaborative, and quality-focused mindset
