Doctor (MBBS)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care and consultation to employees and beneficiaries
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries
• Handle medical emergencies and provide first aid
• Conduct routine medical check-ups and health assessments
• Maintain patient medical records and reports
• Ensure workplace health and safety compliance
• Refer serious cases to higher medical centers when required
• Participate in occupational health and preventive health programs

Qualification

• MBBS from a recognized medical college

Experience

• Clinical experience preferred
• Experience in industrial/occupational health setup is an advantage

Skills

• Strong clinical examination and diagnostic ability
• Emergency handling skills
• Good communication and patient-care approach
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a government/industrial healthcare setup
