Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct online and offline primary care consultations (OPD) for acute and chronic conditions
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to determine disease causes and progression
• Counsel patients on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Address patient queries via mobile app–based teleconsultations
• Facilitate referrals by connecting patients with appropriate specialists or providers
• Conduct healthcare camps, wellness sessions, and health talks at corporate client locations
• Actively participate in Loop’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs
Qualification
• DNB Family Medicine
• MD Internal Medicine
• PGDFM
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care or internal medicine
Skills
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centric approach
• Excellent communication and counselling skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language
• Comfort with digital health platforms, EHRs, and telemedicine tools
• Willingness to continuously update medical knowledge through CMEs and courses
