Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, FAR preparation, monthly closing, and reconciliations
• Handle AP, purchase accounting, e-commerce transactions, and GRN processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
• Ensure timely maintenance of books for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Liaise with auditors and manage end-to-end audit processes for group companies
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior finance team members
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting and finance processes
• Manage accounting operations using Zoho Books
Qualifications:
• Any Graduate / MBA / Chartered Accountant
Experience:
• 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and team management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
