Roles & Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions independently
• Perform routine dental procedures and clinical treatments
• Conduct patient assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate medical and dental records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Ensure clinic hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Manage patient flow and provide quality dental care throughout the day
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent)
Experience:
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Ability to manage patients independently
Skills:
• Strong patient assessment and clinical skills
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
• Effective communication and patient handling abilities
• Proficiency in maintaining medical and dental records
• Knowledge of Bengali language preferred
