Dentist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform general dentistry procedures including diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care
• Carry out root canal treatments, regular and semi-surgical extractions, and restorative procedures
• Provide crowns, bridges, and other prosthodontic treatments as required
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options
• Ensure patient comfort and deliver high-quality dental care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Follow strict sterilization, infection control, and hygiene protocols
• Collaborate with senior and visiting dental specialists for comprehensive patient care
• Contribute ideas to improve patient flow and support clinic growth

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS)
• Valid registration with the State Dental Council

Experience:
• BDS with 3–5 years of clinical experience OR
• MDS with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience

Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of general dentistry, preventive care, and restorative procedures
• Expertise in root canal treatments, extractions, crowns, and bridges
• Good diagnostic and prognostic evaluation skills
• Strong communication and patient-handling abilities
• Ability to build trust with patients of all age groups
• Knowledge of sterilization, infection control, and safety standards
• Professional, responsible, and patient-focused approach
