Roles & Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Management
• Independently manage patients throughout the day
• Perform routine dental procedures and assessments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care

Clinic Operations
• Assist in smooth daily operations of the dental setup
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure high-quality patient experience

Qualification
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) — required
• Male candidates only

Experience
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience managing patients independently in a clinic setting

Skills
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation, and record-keeping
• Patient-centric and professional approach
• Preferably residing within 2–3 km of Sonia Vihar or willing to relocate
• Proficiency in Bengali is a plus
