Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform complex dental surgical procedures with precision and patient-focused care
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of dental conditions
• Provide preventive dental care and educate patients on oral health maintenance
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient diagnoses, treatments, and progress
• Stay updated with the latest advancements, techniques, and best practices in dentistry and oral surgery
• Participate in continuing education programs and professional skill development
Qualification:
• UG: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
• PG: Any Postgraduate
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dentistry and dental surgery
• Overall experience range: 1–5 years
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of oral anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology
• Expertise in dental surgical procedures and patient management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and make quick clinical decisions
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality patient care
• Familiarity with dental equipment, instruments, and modern clinical technology
• Proficiency in Malayalam preferred
