oles & Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with dental clinics, hospitals, dentists, and distributors
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Promote and sell dental devices and related solutions to achieve assigned sales targets
• Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations, pricing, and commercial contracts
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to customers
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
Qualification:
• UG: Any Graduate
Experience:
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales consulting
• Prior experience in the dental or medical devices industry is preferred
Skills:
• Strong business development and sales acumen
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in sales development and consultative selling
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic understanding of dental products and clinical environments
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
