Roles & Responsibilities
• Welcome patients and ensure smooth check-in and check-out
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage dentist appointments efficiently
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and feedback politely
• Reduce patient waiting time and improve overall patient satisfaction
• Coordinate between dentist, patient, and front office regarding treatment plans
• Explain treatment costs, packages, and payment options clearly
• Follow up on pending treatments and incomplete cases
• Track case acceptance ratio and support improvement in conversions
• Assist dentists in closing high-value procedures such as RCTs, crowns, and implants
• Ensure accurate billing as per treatments provided
• Ensure availability of instruments and materials before procedures
• Coordinate with doctors, assistants, and lab technicians
• Manage lab work follow-ups including crowns, aligners, and dentures
• Support dental camps, promotions, and referral programs
• Call patients for recalls, reviews, and preventive checkups
Qualifications & Requirements
• BDS preferred / Dental background required
• Good understanding of dental procedures and terminology
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage patients and multitask efficiently
Experience
• Experience in dental coordination or clinical assistance preferred
