Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist dentists during treatment procedures including examinations, cleanings, and dental surgeries
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following health and safety regulations
• Provide emergency support and care in dental emergency situations
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation of treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Manage patient appointments and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as necessary
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Dental Assisting or equivalent from a recognized Indian institute (Mandatory)
• Certification in Dental Radiography (Preferred)
• Registered with the Dental Council of India or respective State Dental Council (Mandatory)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Preferred)
Experience:
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in dental assisting
Skills Required:
• Chairside assistance and patient care techniques
• Instrument sterilization and clinical documentation
• Knowledge of dental radiography and emergency dental support
• Professional communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with dentists and clinic staff
