Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist dentists during clinical procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and patients
• Support chairside procedures including scaling, root canal treatment, and bleaching
• Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure cleanliness of treatment areas
• Manage patient records, appointment scheduling, and chairside documentation
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices
• Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines
Qualifications:
• Any Graduate
• Any Postgraduate
Experience:
• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience as a dental assistant
Skills:
• Knowledge of dental procedures including scaling, RCT, and bleaching
• Strong chairside assistance and clinical support skills
• Ability to manage patient records and administrative tasks
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Awareness of sterilization and infection control practices
