Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide back-end administrative support to dental practitioners
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and documentation
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain compliance with records
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and appointment coverage
• Check pending or planned treatments for patients
• Handle accounts, EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), and billing-related tasks
• Assist clinics in identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue
• Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Communicate effectively with dentists, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues efficiently
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• BDS or similar dental qualification preferred
• Knowledge of dental workflows and healthcare administration is an advantage
Experience
• Freshers to 2–3 years of experience in customer interaction or administrative roles
• Prior experience in healthcare or service-oriented industries preferred
Skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
