• Manage CRM systems (Veeva and AZ AP) ensuring accurate sales force structure, call plans, workload capacity, and HCP segmentation
• Monitor sales KPIs vs targets and provide real-time recommendations to the Sales Force
• Analyze HCP interactions and customer engagement across multiple communication channels
• Ensure effective omni-channel deployment and execution strategies
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly KPI dashboards and standard CRM reports
• Track sales force performance across retail and institutional channels
• Monitor workload distribution to improve overall sales force effectiveness
• Coordinate with regional support teams and internal stakeholders to resolve technical CRM issues
• Support CRM system administration and data accuracy initiatives
• Provide analytical insights for commercial decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in a pharmaceutical company
• Experience in CRM systems and sales force operations (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and Salesforce systems
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• KPI tracking and dashboard development
• Omni-channel strategy understanding
• Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills
