Roles & Responsibilities:
Patient Consultation & Assessment
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand patient concerns, medical history, and expectations
• Evaluate suitability for surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures
Surgical Cosmetic Procedures
• Perform cosmetic surgeries including:
– Breast Reduction / Augmentation
– Face Lift (Rhytidectomy), Blepharoplasty
– Chin Implant / Chin Augmentation
– Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
– Hair Transplant (FUE/FUT)
• Handle pre-operative planning, surgical execution, and post-operative monitoring
Non-Surgical & Aesthetic Procedures
• Perform dermatology and aesthetic treatments:
– PRP Therapy, Acne treatments, Laser treatments
Treatment Execution & Safety
• Follow strict infection control and sterile techniques
• Maintain accurate procedural documentation and patient records
Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with nurses, technicians, and admin staff for smooth patient flow
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff
Compliance & Professional Ethics
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to medical ethics
• Follow regulatory guidelines, consent procedures, and documentation standards
Skills & Qualifications
• MBBS with specialization in Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology, or equivalent (MCh / DNB / MD / BDS/DVD)
• Valid license/registration to practice
• 2–5 years experience in cosmetic surgeries and aesthetic procedures preferred
• Strong surgical skills, aesthetic sense, and clinical judgment
• Excellent communication, counseling, and patient relationship skills
• Ability to work in a high-end, fast-paced clinic environment
Working Conditions
• Exposure to operating room and clinical environment
• Precision work with long procedure hours and patient follow-ups
• Weekend or extended hours may be required based on appointments
