Role & Responsibilities
• Perform surgical procedures to remove tumors and other cancerous tissues
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients
• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up appointments
• Stay current with advancements in oncology and surgical techniques
• Participate in clinical research and trials
• Educate and train medical students and residents
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards
• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Manage and mitigate surgical risks and complications
• Participate in tumor board meetings and case discussions

Qualification
• Specialization degree or Board certification in surgical oncology
• Medical degree (MBBS, MS, or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license to practice
