Role & Responsibilities
• Accurately measure vital signs including heart rate, respiratory rate, SpO₂, blood pressure, and temperature using hospital-grade equipment
• Record and log manual vital readings systematically in study databases and formats
• Compare manual vitals with Dozee device-generated vitals for accuracy and validation
• Document clinical pathways triggered by AI alerts and record corrective actions taken
• Ensure synchronized data collection between manual readings and device outputs
• Coordinate with patients and hospital staff to enable uninterrupted data collection
• Follow defined clinical protocols, SOPs, and confidentiality guidelines
• Report deviations, errors, or inconsistencies immediately to the project lead
• Maintain hygiene, infection control, and safety standards as per hospital norms
Qualification
• B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution
• Registered with the State Nursing Council
Experience
• 0–2 years of clinical experience in patient care or monitoring
• Experience in ICU or general ward settings is an added advantage
Skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in clinical data recording
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to follow research protocols and timelines
• Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets for data entry
• Basic understanding of medical equipment and digital vital monitors
Work Requirements
• Willing to work from client hospitals
• Day-time shift of 9 hours
