Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive product induction sessions for new employees
• Plan, organise, and deliver internal training on product knowledge (theoretical and practical)
• Provide continuous education on product usage and patient care techniques
• Coordinate and manage hospital workshops, training programs, and awareness activities
• Develop and maintain monthly activity and training calendars
• Track and monitor activities across territories to ensure timely execution
• Collect, analyse, and report data post workshops and training events
• Develop, update, and enhance training materials and learning modules
• Track newly generated leads and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Oversee and guide teams handling patient and caregiver communication
• Share field insights to support product improvement and new product development initiatives
Qualification
• B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing
Experience
• Clinical training or patient care experience preferred
• Exposure to product training or medical devices is an advantage
Mandatory Certification
• Enterostomal Therapy Nurse (ETN) qualification
Skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Training and facilitation expertise
• Good understanding of nursing and patient care practices
• Ability to manage field activities independently
• Analytical skills for activity tracking and reporting
• Willingness to travel extensively
