Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical injuries, disabilities, or movement disorders
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation and treatment programs
• Provide physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, exercises, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other allied healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with hospital quality, safety, and infection control standards
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
Experience:
• 0–2 years of clinical or hospital experience
Skills:
• Physiotherapy assessment and treatment skills
• Clinical rehabilitation experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centered and empathetic approach
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
