Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Provide physiotherapy care to inpatients and outpatients
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and injury prevention
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper use of physiotherapy equipment
• Perform home visits for physiotherapy care, including assessment, treatment, and patient education, as per hospital policy
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
Experience:
• 2–5 years of hospital or clinical experience preferred
Skills:
• Physiotherapy assessment and treatment
• Clinical and hospital-based rehabilitation experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient education and counseling
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Willingness to travel for home physiotherapy visits
