Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ physical condition, mobility, strength, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on clinical diagnosis
• Provide physiotherapy care for orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-surgical cases
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient treatment records and documentation
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Ensure safe use of physiotherapy equipment and maintain departmental standards
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
• Valid registration with the State Physiotherapy Council
Experience:
• Freshers can apply
• 1–3 years of hospital or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Internship experience will be considered for freshers
Skills:
• Physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques
• Clinical rehabilitation experience
• Knowledge of neurological and orthopedic physiotherapy
• Patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
